This is a fairly feral looking drawing I'm been playing around with for a bit starting with the face - the rest of the picture essentially grew out of the fact that I liked the expression. I was going to put this up as just a pencil drawing but it looked a little bare so I very quickly added some sloppy colouring to it in photoshop.
Thanks, I'm really glad that you like it - especially the muscles because I have to admit I wasn't certain about the anatomy with this one (the chest in particular is a bit small looking to me).
I'm also glad you think the sloppy colouring looks alright - I think my pencil lines obscure the worst of it's crimes.
I am getting a little worried by this picture though - is it my imagination or is he actually spanking someone?
I have the advantage of having looked at this picture for an hour or two as I drew it - mistakes are so much easier to spot when you have the time to obsess over them.
It's not a scene it's a character pic - the red splodges are there to hint at his violent nature. A better background is always a good idea but in this case largely pointless - it's just a few bits of colour to augment the drawing rather than a fully fledged colouring job and in this case the background is there to highlight and highlight the character. I chose a light background to contrast with the darker figure so he stands out and cooler colours to help the reds and oranges of his fur stand out. It's just a quick colour fill with the gradient tool and a few red spots.

Spanking - always raises a smile off someone.
Maybe you could have done a darker background, thus changing the mood of the picture to a darker one??
Oh and about the spanking... I think he looks more more like he's inviting you into somewhere??

Maybe he's inviting people to a spanking?
